Job Summary
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to augment an existing delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, particularly within ITSM and/or CSM modules. Certifications are mandatory for this role.
This position requires a proactive developer who can work within an established team environment, contribute to ongoing implementations, and support enhancements and customizations across the ServiceNow platform.
Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications
Implement and enhance ITSM and/or CSM modules
Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
Build and maintain Service Catalog items, flows, and automation
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support as needed
