JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. The role will focus on building scalable custom applications, configuring core platform capabilities, developing modern user experiences, and delivering reliable integrations to support business processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements
• Configure and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) workflows and data models
• Implement and support Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) use cases, including demand, project, and portfolio management
