Job Description
At least 10 years of IT industry experience and at least 5 years of SNow development experience
Experienced with Client and server-side JavaScript and AngularJS
Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, ServiceNow API architecture, Rest Integrations, and Scripted REST API development.
Advanced Work Assignment Module (Setting up channels, queues, assignment rules, handling agent presence and capacity)
Service Portal Architecture (Creation of portals, pages, widgets, etc.)
Nice-to-have: CAD-Certified or CSA-Certified
