Description

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver ITSM and CSM solutions tailored to business needs.
• Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using ServiceNow APIs and REST integrations.
• Create and modify scripted REST APIs and business logic using JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications and features.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Angular, ITSM, CSM, ServiceNow APIs, REST integrations, scripted REST APIs, and JavaScript.
