Role: ServiceNow Developer (On-site, India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM modules to meet business requirements and SLAs.
  • Implement server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript and Glide API to extend platform functionality and automate workflows.
  • Build Flow Designer flows, IntegrationHub spokes, and REST/SOAP integrations to connect ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Manage CMDB design and Discovery integrations, maintain MID Server configurations and data accuracy.
