• Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
• ServiceNow implementation experience (ITAM and, CMDB)
• Well-versed with ServiceNow scripting
• Good knowledge of Integration with external tools
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have team-handling experience.
• Works on Software asset management lifecycle
• Works on Tracking software rights and user allocations
• Should be aware of discovery models and software installations.
