Job Description

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Developer.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and CMDB.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
