Job Description
Bachelor‘s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Now Administrator, developer or in a similar role.
Experience in Service Now SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules is a plus.
Proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with Service Now modules such as I TSM, SPM, and CMDB.
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Desirable:
Service Now Certified System Administrator or Developer
Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and other Service Now modules is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of ITIL best practices
