Overview

My client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions that deliver strong business value in a collaborative consulting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM)
  • Build and manage scripts, workflows, integrations, and data configurations
  • Support design, development, testing, documentation, and platform administration
  • Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience
  • Experience with integrations, migrations, and large-scale implementations
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
