  • ServiceNow (Client) development & admin (3+ years)
  • XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON
  • Workflow creation & automation
  • Integrations (LDAP, 3rd‑party tools, APIs)
  • Data migrations
  • Orchestration tools
  • PowerShell
  • Relational databases

Qualifications

  • ITIL / ITSM concepts
  • Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • Service Portal
  • Network basics (SMTP, POP3, protocols)
