- Strong development experience in ServiceNow (minimum 5 years)
- Good communication skills
- Strong Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management) implementations
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow configurations
- Hands on experience with script based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc .
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow Workflows and customisations
- Hands on experience ServiceNow UI Builder, Flow designer
- knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
- knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration.
- Knowledge and experience on service portal with experience coding in Scripts, Angular is a big advantage.
