We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands‑on expertise in the ServiceNow platform to join a long‑term project with Tech Mahindra . This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in Agile environments, building scalable platform solutions, and collaborating with distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform .
Develop and customize functionality using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs .
Design and implement backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search capabilities.
Troubleshoot issues across ServiceNow content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.
