MicroSourcing is seeking a Data Quality & Knowledge Analyst to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. You will cleanse and optimise the CMDB and Knowledge Management repositories, design and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards, and ensure data quality for AI readiness.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the AI implementation roadmap while supporting operational efficiency and accurate billing.
