Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Senior Technical Consultant to support Customer Service Management (CSM) enhancements, with a strong focus on Now Assist and GenAI capabilities. The role will involve both enabling out-of-the-box functionality and delivering targeted custom solutions to support evolving business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and enable out-of-the-box Now Assist features within ServiceNow CSM
  • Support the implementation of custom AI Skills where business requirements demand
  • Design and build a custom CSM process (e.g. car buy-back / return use case)
