ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Architect

FinXL is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Architect to join our consulting team, and Architecture Practice. In this role, you will lead a FinXL-delivered project, driving a strategic CMDB review and capability uplift program.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the CMDB future state aligned to ServiceNow CSDM best practices.

  • Lead Service Definition Workshops with Enterprise Architects and service owners.

  • Design the ongoing governance model and Data Certification schedules.

  • Establish CMDB Data Manager policies for retire/archive lifecycles.
