CMDB Process Owner & ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced CMDB Process Owner & ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator to lead the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow CMDB environment.

In this role, you will own the Configuration Management process, ensuring a reliable and high-quality CMDB that supports IT Service Management (ITSM), operational excellence, and data-driven decision‑making. You will act as the key link between technical teams, stakeholders, and ITSM governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and govern the Configuration Management process aligned with ITIL best practices
  • Define and maintain CI classes, attributes, and relationship models
  • Configure and optimize ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
  • Drive CMDB roadmap, maturity, and adoption across the organization
  • Monitor CMDB health and data quality KPIs (accuracy, completeness, timeliness...
