As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (HAM), you will be responsible for leading business process design, requirements gathering and implementation activities across ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will help define and optimise asset management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organisational objectives.
