Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team in a hybrid capacity. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, and align enterprise technology strategies, with a strong focus on the CMDB, ITOM/ITSM, and GRC modules. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ServiceNow development, testing, and administration, alongside knowledge of process improvement and risk management. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and hands-on configuration experience are essential.Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to gather, define, and document IT/business requirements.

  • Translate complex business needs into ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and applications.

  • Lead enhancements of ServiceNow modules (CMDB, GRC, HRSD, FSO, etc.).
