Responsibilities
- Develop Virtual Agent topics, conversation flows, and chatbot integrations.
- Build automations using Flow Designer, scripts, and IntegrationHub actions.
- Work with business areas to identify automation opportunities and design efficient workflows.
- Maintain and optimize conversational experiences based on analytics and feedback.
- Document automation logic, flows, and operational runbooks.
- Support enhancements, testing, and upgrade readiness for automation components.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5+ years of progressive automation or application development experience, with 2+ years in ServiceNow.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS–VA, CIS–Flow Designer – preferred.
- Experience with NLP, conversational design, or automation platforms – an asset.
