Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop Virtual Agent topics, conversation flows, and chatbot integrations.
  • Build automations using Flow Designer, scripts, and IntegrationHub actions.
  • Work with business areas to identify automation opportunities and design efficient workflows.
  • Maintain and optimize conversational experiences based on analytics and feedback.
  • Document automation logic, flows, and operational runbooks.
  • Support enhancements, testing, and upgrade readiness for automation components.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of progressive automation or application development experience, with 2+ years in ServiceNow.
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS–VA, CIS–Flow Designer – preferred.
  • Experience with NLP, conversational design, or automation platforms – an asset.
