Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain enterprise-grade ServiceNow architecture.
  • Develop solution blueprints, technical designs, and architecture standards.
  • Lead ServiceNow development and customization efforts, including scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Glide APIs).
  • Design and manage integrations with 3rd-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.
  • Drive ITSM process design and optimization across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB modules.
  • Ensure security, scalability, access controls, and platform governance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams across the SDLC.
  • Review code, validate designs, and ensure solution quality and performance.
  • Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and act as escalation point for complex issues.
