Job Description
* Design and define ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and
custom applications
* Lead ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and architectural governance
* Provide technical leadership for integrations, workflows, scripting, and automation
* Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions
* Oversee complex integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and third-party
systems
* Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, standards, and upgrade strategies
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and leadership teams
* Review solution designs, code quality, and performance optimization
* Mentor developers and technical teams; provide architectural guidance
* Support ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements
* Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory standards
