Role: ServiceNow Architect


We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead solution design, architecture, and implementation across ServiceNow platforms including ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and SAM . The role involves defining scalable architectures, ensuring alignment with CSDM 4.0, CMDB, ITIL , and driving automation using NOW Assist, Generative AI, and Virtual Agents .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and technical strategy
  • Design scalable data models, integrations, and workflow automation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and ensure best practice implementations
  • Establish governance, CMDB integrity, and platform standards
