Role: ServiceNow Architect
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead solution design, architecture, and implementation across ServiceNow platforms including ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and SAM . The role involves defining scalable architectures, ensuring alignment with CSDM 4.0, CMDB, ITIL , and driving automation using NOW Assist, Generative AI, and Virtual Agents .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and technical strategy
Design scalable data models, integrations, and workflow automation
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and ensure best practice implementations
Establish governance, CMDB integrity, and platform standards
Drive innovation using AI, automation, and intelligent workflows
Mentor teams and contribute to ServiceNow COE capability development
