The Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support a major transformation programme within the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector.

You will be responsible for defining and governing ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalable, secure and high‑performing solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned with enterprise standards and roadmaps.
  • Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and CMDB.
  • Provide architectural leadership and technical governance.
