Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Change Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing change processes and ensuring service stability using the ServiceNow platform. You will combine ITIL‑aligned practices with technical ServiceNow configuration to reduce risk and improve deployment velocity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Management : Lead and manage the end-to-end change lifecycle in ServiceNow, including creation, review, approval, and closure.
  • Problem Support : Provide integrated support for Problem and Change Management within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Platform Configuration : Maintain Change Management modules, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and notifications.
