Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office ( Front Street W) at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development & Implementation
• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules, including:
o Service Catalog
o Incident, Change, and Problem Management
o Knowledge Management
o HR Case and Knowledge Management
o Employee Service Center (ESC)
o Service Portal
• Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules to meet business needs
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and automation processes
Platform Administration
• Perform ServiceNow administration tasks, including:
o Instance configuration and ongoing maintenance
o Platform upgrades and patching
o Instance cloning
