Servicenow Administrator

The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the day‐to‐day configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform to ensure it operates reliably and meets business and IT needs.
This role manages platform settings, user access, workflows, and integrations, supports system upgrades and enhancements, and ensures adherence to governance, security, and best practices.
