**SAIC** is seeking a **ServiceNow Administrator** responsible for assisting an integrated senior-level team in the migration of two different change management systems and consolidating them into one unified and scalable Service Management System (SMS) environment.
+ Configuring, customizing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform to meet the company's IT Service Management (ITSM) needs to improve operational efficiency.
+ The candidate will be a key contributor to the development of the new platform.
+ Must be able to respond to customer user inquiries as well as maintaining and optimizing the organization's new ServiceNow instance.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
+ **Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust requiring U.S. Citizenship.**
