We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will ensure the platform runs smoothly, supports business processes, and aligns with ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities
:Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user management, workflows, and integrations
.Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management
.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
.Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
.Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards
.Support upgrades, patches, and new releases of ServiceNow
.
Required Skills & Qualification
s:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fiel
