Ampstek is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator for our Helsinki-based team. The role focuses on managing on-prem ServiceNow, OS, middleware, and database layers, with hands-on upgrades, scripting, and incident resolution.

You will collaborate with IT ops to maintain service reliability and availability in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate holds a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, has strong SQL and database skills (MariaDB), and can implement monitoring and automation tools
