Role: ServiceNow Admin/Dev

Location: Bengaluru, India

Type: Full-Time Contract (Standard Working Hours, not freelancing)

Duration: 4-5 months contract

Rates: Euros/Day

ServiceNow Admin/Dev

Tasks: Supporting with remediation work for HAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery and ACC, they are implemented but we have a list of issues to work through.


  • Strong hands-on experience across CMDB, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Discovery, and Agent Client Collector
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript
  • Experience creating and maintaining Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and GlideRecord queries.
  • Ability to build workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
  • Skilled in debugging, optimising scripts, and following ServiceNow best practices.
