Job description:

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles in JIRA and Service Now
  • Create, modify, and optimize projects, workflows, schemes, screens, and fields in JIRA and Service Now
  • Develop and maintain integrations between JIRA, Service Now, and other systems using APIs, webhooks, and script runner
  • Monitor system performance, security, and availability, and perform regular backups and upgrades
  • Provide technical support and training to JIRA and Service Now users, and resolve issues and requests
  • Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to track project progress, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate and implement new features, plugins, and enhancements to improve the functionality and usability of JIRA and Service Now
