Busy fleet shop looking for a Service Writer/Parts Person. The role involves handling customer interactions, writing up work orders, quoting parts and labour, and coordinating the repair process from start to finish. Driving fleet vehicles may be required to provide pick up and drop off service for fleet customers.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and book appointments
  • Write up work orders and manage them through the repair process
  • Quote parts and labour, discuss with customers, and process payments
  • Provide pick up and drop off service for fleet customers; driving fleet vehicles as required
  • Maintain the office appearance
  • Process monthly account payments
  • Check in parts and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Provide shuttle service for customers when required
