Customer Service: 

  • Interfaces with customers in a courteous, business-like manner answering their inquiries and assisting in meeting their needs and getting information from other sources if required.
  • Maintaining control of field mechanics and keeping field work orders up to date.
  • Working with the shop foreman to maintain control of all work orders.
  • Working with the parts personnel to keep control of parts and proper billing.
  • Oversees the scheduling of the lube technicians and maintains the service board in the shop to ensure effective service.

    • Administrative Functions: 

  • Rentalman
  • Excel
  • Keeps paperwork current to insure thorough action on all transactions

    • Process: 

  • Retrieving, filing and maintenance of SMFs
  • Opens, closes work orders
  • Process work orders and customer invoices with accuracy
  • Updating equipment statuses
