Job Description
We are seeking for a Service Transition Specialist to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) team. The role will report directly to the Service Transition Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective transition of services from project delivery into Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) operations.
The Service Transition Specialist will also provide secondary support as a backup to the Incident Manager, Problem Manager, and Change Manager, helping maintain continuity and resilience across all ITSM processes.
