We're looking for two experienced practitioners to play a pivotal role in ensuring new and changed fit for purpose services are successfully introduced into the ACC operating environment. You will lead service transition planning and operational readiness activities across sometimes complex programmes and initiatives, working closely with delivery teams, service management functions, and business stakeholders. This is an opportunity to influence how appropriately designed and built technology is embedded, enabling high-quality services that support ACC's purpose of helping keep Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
