Service Technician

DCS Technologies Corporation, a regional leader in Office Equipment and Office Automation, is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to join our experienced and growing team. With over 40 years of commitment to exceptional customer service, we provide maintenance and support for multifunction copiers, printers, and related devices—primarily Sharp, HP, and Lexmark, along with HP/Canon plotters and thermal printers. In this role, you will be responsible for both in-house and on-site service, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to perform independent repair research when needed. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Proficiency with Microsoft and Android applications is expected, and certifications such as A+ or Net+ are a plus.
