Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Service Technician, located in Penang Batu Kawan. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering field service support, and assisting with customer service needs. The role includes diagnosing problems, interacting with customers to resolve concerns, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently to meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with ULT chiller Maintenance & Repair in technical systems or equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Ability to perform Field Service in various settings, ensuring timely and effective solutions
