Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, customer training, and customer application support.
  • Responsible for generating revenue throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Responsible for following up on customer acceptance of new equipment.
  • Responsible for summarizing customer service cases in the after-sales service system and creating customer equipment service history records.
  • Provide technical after-sales service, offering technical analysis and solutions for customer equipment failures.
  • Responsible for reporting product issues to the company's internal technical department and assisting in product manufacturing process and design improvements.
