Service Technician (Service/Install)

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
• Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Clear criminal record
• Demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles
• Effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
• Accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction with a positive, can‑do attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements
