The Service Technician refurbishes and prepares mobile office units so they are clean, safe, and ready for delivery to construction customers. This role combines hands-on construction trades skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting with detailed cleaning and quality checks. You will work primarily in a yard environment on mobile units, performing repairs, upgrades, and readiness work while collaborating closely with a supportive team.

+ Meet with the team at the start of each day to receive assignments and understand priorities for the mobile units and yard projects.
+ Perform refurbishing and readiness work on mobile office units, including framing, finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and general construction repairs.
