Service Technician

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our well-established team at our Fyfield branch in Essex . In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the repair and maintenance of agricultural and horticultural equipment sold by our sales departments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on a range of agricultural and horticultural machinery
• Performing maintenance, warranty, and chargeable service work
• Using the latest diagnostic software and tools to support your technical work
• Liaising with customers and suppliers in a professional manner
• Working independently and as part of a team to deliver a high standard of service
• Following health & safety procedures and maintaining workshop standards
