Service Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join a high-performing team in Pukekohe. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of agricultural and construction machinery, both in the workshop and on-site. This is a varied, hands-on position offering a mix of technical challenge, customer interaction, and fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of machinery and equipment
• Identify mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and instruments
• Access service and parts information using computer systems, including machine diagnostics
• Dismantle, repair, and rebuild components to manufacturer specifications
• Complete all administrative and service documentation accurately and on time
