Responsibilities

  • Responsible for installation and maintenance of NDT equipment.
  • Responsible for calibrating and general admin (import/export documents) needs of both the NDT and Prüftechnik equipment.
  • Provide outstanding customer interaction onsite and remotely to successfully resolve customer problems.
  • Responsible for the installation, adaption, and configuration of hardware and software systems
  • Deliver high-level technical support for both colleagues and customers.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of systems and NDT equipment
  • Analysing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the mechanical and software requirements of a given project.
  • Liaising with other engineers and customers to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
