Job Title: Commercial Service Technician Lead
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Responsibilities:
Service and install various products, including but not limited to: loading dock equipment, vehicle restraints, sectional doors, and rolling doors. Repair and troubleshoot defective equipment. Maintaining proper truck stock, inventory, and company vehicle.Responible for accurate timekeeping; detailing job numbers, travel time, labeling equipment, and completing job assignments timely.Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling additional services and products.Interact with customers, end-users, and general contractors courteously and professionally.Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address diverse door and site requirements.
