Rose Valley Management is looking to hire a Service Technician to join our team!

JOB SUMMARY:

• A Rose Valley Management Service Technician is an essential team member who is responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing preventative and routine maintenance throughout the property grounds and in resident units.


• In this role you’ll help deliver high-quality, hospitality-driven living experiences to our 336-unit Garden style community located in Middletown, CT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Responsible for common area and apartment repairs (routine and preventative) in the scope of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, wall repairs, painting, plumbing and appliances to our 336-unit property.  Further oversight of the building’s curb appeal though building exterior inspections, cleaning, and grounds maintenance is required.
