Service Technician

Requirements Technical Diploma and trade test in a relevant field (Millwright qualification preferred) Minimum 3 years' experience in a service or similar technical role Valid driver's licence Computer literate, with the ability to compile quotations Sound knowledge of the mining industry and crushing equipment Exposure to separation technology and the IMS product range preferable Physically fit and able to work on heavy mining equipment Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, adaptable and assertive Key Responsibilities Mechanical, C&I and electrical technical refurbishments and servicing across the full equipment range Assembling new crushers, sorters and process equipment; preparing and running test beds Operating Comex machinery on site Completing test certificates and QCP documentation Installing new and refurbished equipment on site, and assisting with final commissioning Conducting customer site visits, fault finding, and compiling technica...
