Job Description
Join North Star Windows & Doors as a Service Technician responsible for completing warranty-related service work. This position requires strong technical skills in home construction combined with excellent customer communication abilities.
Under the guidance of the Service Operations Manager, the technician will service and represent North Star professionally. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience with windows and doors, strong reading and writing skills, and a flexible work schedule. Knowledge of North Star products will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete assigned service work for warranties
• Professionally represent North Star with customers
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Work independently while meeting deadlines
• Travel occasionally, including overnight trips
