• Support the company targets as a Premium Service Provider.


Responsibilities and objectives



• Performs customer technical interventions under the form of preventive inspections, inspections, random interventions, repairs and other specific technical activities;
• Provides services for customers and for the other departments of the company, by performing visits, presentations, by taking part to meetings, interventions or by providing information, documents, 
• Communicate in between customer and EPIROC sales and service department 
• Provides technical information to respective subjects 
• Actively cooperate on promotion of Parts & Service products and EPIROC Product information
• Improves the relations with the existing customers and share the info...
