Duties and Responsibilities

  • Load and unload, at the customs area, the machinery ordered by the customers,

  • Perform start-up of products purchased by customers, give necessary training to machine operators and maintenance team of the customer, and start the warranty process,

  • Fix product malfunctions that fall within the scope of his/her authority, remotely or on-site, and carry out required periodic maintenance,

  • Perform maintenance of equipment at the customer's site based on information received from his superior or personally obtained through the on-site diagnosis of the failure, and in advance of the work pick up the necessary tools and equipment required to perform the maintenance

  • Forward the incoming service/maintenance requests made by the customer,

  • Inform his superior of the complaints etc. lodged by the customers,
